Terms and Conditions: Any changes to existing appointments must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is so we can give your appointment to someone else. If you fail to do so and we are unable to fill that appointment, we will charge the reschedule/cancelation fee stated above. This is to cover some of the loss of income your cancellation will cause. We will not charge this fee in the case of an emergency.
